August 11, 2021 – P&C insurance data solution provider, Kaboodle announced that a Hawaiian insurer recently went live with the Kaboodle Data Hub and its Operational Analytics Reports.

The insurer first began investigating data solutions while evaluating policy administration vendors to replace their legacy system. During the evaluation period, the company decided to set and execute a data strategy before any migration efforts started with the new policy administration system.

Kaboodle loaded, conformed, and made available 29 years of transaction history across 18 lines of business providing valuable business insights previously unavailable to the insurer.

Traditional insurance organizations face inherent challenges while attempting to integrate data from legacy IT systems to create a better view of customer behavior. Kaboodle’s Data Hub eliminates silos, creating unity and efficiency in data to improve insights and business performance.

The Kaboodle Data Hub fully integrates with the insurers new Insuresoft Diamond Policy and Claims administration systems, accelerating their migration to the modern platform.

Subsequent phases of this project will include implementation of the Kaboodle Stat Reporting Data Mart to help automate the bureau reporting processes and the deployment of the Reinsurance Data Mart to help manage reinsurance contracts.
